ABSTRACT
In a work of this nature, it is important to set limit on how much one is to cover in a single study instead of selecting too big a problem with complicating variables. What have done is to capture accurately the focus on the problem.
The project looks at the issue of aggressive sexual behaviours and the keeper environmental, social and psychological roots of this behaviour, including previous studies relating to them. It also considers research into possible rehabilitation for both the aggressor and the victims.
Structurally, the project is divided into five chapters. The first chapter introduces the topic, while the second chapter deals with the literature review, which embodies theoretical framework covering the study. The third and fourth chapters explain both the research report and technical report of a video documentary, while the fifth chapter and last chapter deal with problems encountered in the course of producing the video documentary as well as recommendation on how students in the future can be safe from the financial problem I went through.
All the foregoing issues will be examined in a video documentary, which will exhaustively treat the subject matter.

CHAPTER ONE
INTRODUCTION
Introduction
This project examines the nature, causes and effects of aggressive sexual behaviour especially rape, from a socio-psychological viewpoint, by analysing theories of aggression – including previous research studies relating to them – considering some of the e environmental factors as social determinants. What are these socio-psychological causes of aggressive sexual behaviour? Has the society done enough in bringing into focus the effects and traumas suffered by the victims? These are some of the pertinent questions that would be looked into, in this project, it is hoped that the viewer/reader would come to grips with the enormity of the problem.
Manipulated by pornographic images, are symbolic – one illuminating the other. Both are physical manifestations of inner emotions brought about by certain arousals. In the light, the germs of eroticism and aggression could be said to be present in every one of us. What all humans have in common is a desire to dominant and submit. This desire is entirely normal and where one overshadows the other, it is not necessarily due to difference in sexes. Pleasure of pain is universal although we cannot safely generate from observations in a particular social context.
Justification of study
Global statistics reveals an upsurge in cases of sexual violence and be against women especially in the domestic front, the home. In the United State of America (USA), Aggressive sexual behaviour and molestation from husbands and parent are said to be the leading causes of injury, permanent deformities and deaths of adult women while in south Africa, more than in other country in the world, cases of sexually related violence against women and female children (as young as 10 and below) are aggravating factors in the spread of HIV/AIDS.
This project is not intended to be a re-enforcement of popular options in the issues. Rather it seeks to draw attention of the world to the need to expedite action on the issue instead of playing mere lip service to this menace. It is hoped that, in presenting a graphic illustration of the issue, a lasting impression would be made on the minds of the viewers, thereby drawing the tension of the United Nations, governments, Non-Governmental Organisation (NGO’s) and everyone in the society. Lastly, this project would help in highlighting the vital nature of the documentary format in laying serious issues to bare due to their instrumental nature.
1.3 research methodology
          As it is expected, the Research methodology is both theoretical and practical – however both are scientific in their approach. The theoretical method involves;
1.   Collecting a set of propositions to explain certain phenomena.
2.   Reviewing of relevant literature on the issue
3.   Identifying and defining the problem
4.   Formulating research questions and hypothesis
5.   Designing and collecting pertinent data
6.   Drawing, writing inference/conclusion on the analysis.
The practical research methodology, which also empirical, involves the production of a video documentary film on the subject matter where graphic images, interviews from resource persons and a wide spectrum of opinion images, interviews from resources persons and a wide spectrum of opinion polls are conducted. This is to ensure that the conclusion arrived at, are not based personal prejudices but on concrete evidence adduced from investigation.
Also, primary source – (victims of aggressive sexual behaviour) and secondary sources which involves a synthesis of library materials such as books, journals, periodicals, magazines, newspapers, students projects, thesis and dissertations.
1.4 definition of Terms
Attention is given to concepts, words and phrases which has an unusual or restricted meaning. This is because some of these terms mean different things to different people and may require proper definition to ensure consistency of interpretation. Below are definitions for some key terms used in the course of this study.
 1.4.1          AGGRESSION:
Aggression could be seen as an unprovoked hostile attitude, which is intended to harm the next person. The anti-social aggression and the sanctioned aggression are two contrary types of aggression. The anti-social aggression is intended to harm while, the sanctioned aggression is intended to defend one’s self from harm.
1.4.2 VIOLENCE:
Violence can be defined in this context as an extreme form of aggression, which a deliberate attempt is made to inflict serious physical injury on another person.
1.4.3 SEXUAL:
Sexual simply put is the social relationship connected with men and women.
1.4.4 BEHAVIOUR:
It is the manner or way a person relates to others, or to specific events or actions, most often consciously.
1.4.5 AGGRESSIVE SEXUAL BEHAVIOUR:
From the above and for the purpose of this study, aggressive sexual behaviour can be defined, as any act(s) of hostile sexual attitude intended to harm, threaten, or intimidate the next person.
1.4.6 RAPE:
Rape is the act of having sexual intercourse with a person without the person’s consent
1.4.7 SEXUAL SADISM:
It is the practice of having sexual satisfaction or pleasure from hurting somebody. Broadly speaking, there are sadists with strong sexuality, who are overwhelmed by aggression during the act of intercourse. The sadis does not find mere intercourse sufficiently satisfying, he needs in addition to be stimulated by inflicting pain.
1.4.8 MASOCHISM:
It refers to the condition in which sexual pleasure is gotten from feeling pains or being hurt. In this case the individual desire violent sex in order to reach orgasm. An example is when a middle-aged man asked a prostitute to tie him up. When he was securely and painfully bound with ropes so that he could scarcely breathe, he ejaculated and was released. That was all he wanted. One wonders what conceivable pleasure can be obtained from a grotesque charade. All can say is that it is highly exaggerated demonstration of the urge to dominate.
1.4.9 VIDEO DOCUMENTARY FILM
Video documentary films are visual narrative illustration and representation of the ways things really are. An example of documentary films are those usually built out of the archives, using a combination of voice over narrators and Omniscient and character narrations. Video documentaries could be said to be those documentaries done with video recording equipment and not on celluloid.
1.6       SUMMARY
In this chapter, I have introduced the reader to my study, justifying the study by demonstrating that a research problem does exist, stating clearly what the problem is. I have also listed and defined principal terms, which will be used by avoiding the definition of the obvious ones.

ELECTRICITY TARIFF INCREASE BY FEDERAL GOVERNMENT OF NIGERIA IS EVIL

ELECTRICITY TARIFF INCREASE BY FEDERAL GOVERNMENT OF NIGERIA IS EVIL Nigeria federal governments over the years have been very irresponsible when it comes to electricity, there have been a continuous accumulation of gross mismanagement and misappropriation of funds which should have been used to develop our electrical power generation capacity. The poor levels of power supply in Nigeria have affected the growth and development rate of the Nigeria economy. It is therefore a move pf gross insensitivity for the federal government of Nigeria to plan to further increase electricity tariffs even in the face of poor management and administration in Nigeria.
