ABSTRACT
This
work discusses the need for improving maintenance culture and quality of local
government council properties in river state. A hundred and twenty
questionnaires were distributed among people from selected local governments in
rivers state. Interviews and surveys were also conducted.
Primary
and secondary data will be used in the analysis. Tables and percentages will
also be used as the instrument of analysis
It
will be observed therefore that there is a strong and significant positive
relationship between maintenance culture and quality of local government
council properties in river state.
